Emily Bargeron, CEO

Emily Bargeron is a dynamic entrepreneur and fashion designer based in Savannah, Georgia. She launched her clothing brand, Mamie Ruth, in 2006, drawing inspiration from her grandmother's vintage wardrobe to create vibrant, vintage-inspired apparel for creative thinkers and free spirits. Her designs gained nationwide popularity, appearing in boutiques and at music festivals.

In addition to Mamie Ruth, Emily co-founded Starland Strange & Bazaar, an eclectic space that blends shopping, snacks, and artistic experiences, showcasing her ability to integrate retail focusing on fun-focused community engagement.

Beyond fashion and retail, Emily’s ventures include East + Up, a vintage shop curating collections and showcasing local artists, and Lose Ya Cool, a custom t-shirt company. Her expertise in graphic design and marketing has been an instrumental part of her creative success.

Emily’s diverse entrepreneurial background and commitment to innovation, nostalgia, and community spirit was the driving force behind the creation of Mess Hall: All Mood No Food a must-visit destination in Savannah and Charleston, which she has since expanded into a nationwide franchise opportunity.

In 2022, Emily showcased her talents on the international stage as a contestant on Season 3 of Amazon Prime's "Making the Cut," hosted by Heidi Klum and Tim Gunn. This experience highlighted her vibrant designs and entrepreneurial spirit to a global audience.
